By creating an account or using UltimateJarvis, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is operated by UltimateFiles Lda. (Portugal).
UltimateJarvis is a SaaS platform for Instagram content automation that uses artificial intelligence to generate, schedule and publish content. The service requires connecting your Instagram account via Meta's official API.
To use UltimateJarvis you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Instagram Business or Creator account. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Meta/Instagram policies.
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at contato@ultimatefiles.pt in the event of unauthorised access.
The service is provided on a monthly or annual subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page. The billing period starts on the activation date of the paid plan. Annual plans have a 20% discount.
The 14-day free trial applies to paid plans. After the trial, the subscription activates automatically unless cancelled beforehand.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account area. Access remains until the end of the billed period. Partial refunds for unused periods are not issued, except where required by law.
You retain all rights to the content you create through the platform. You grant UltimateJarvis a limited licence to process and publish that content on your behalf, as instructed. We do not publish content without your explicit authorisation.
It is prohibited to use the service to publish illegal or defamatory content, spam, or anything that violates the Instagram Terms of Use.
UltimateJarvis operates in compliance with the Meta Platform Policy and the Instagram Terms of Use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service also complies with those policies.
UltimateJarvis is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months.
We are not responsible for changes to Meta's APIs that may affect how the service works.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. If we terminate an account on our own initiative with no fault attributable to the user, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
We may amend these Terms with 30 days' prior notice by email. Continued use of the service after that period implies acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
