Data Deletion

Data deletion instructions — as required by Meta / Instagram

When you authorise UltimateJarvis to access your Instagram account via Facebook Login, Meta may notify you about the data you shared with our app. You can request deletion of all your data at any time.

How to request deletion of your data

Send an email

Send an email to contato@ultimatefiles.pt with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.

Include in the email

The email address linked to your UltimateJarvis account
The connected Instagram username (if applicable)
Whether you want to delete only the Instagram data or the entire account

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours. Deletion will be completed within 30 days.

What will be deleted

When you request full account deletion, we remove:

Profile data (name, email, picture)
Stored Instagram access tokens
Content generated and scheduled on the platform
Collected metrics and performance data
Publishing history via UltimateJarvis

Billing data is kept for the period required by law (5 years in Portugal), but does not include personal data beyond what is needed for tax obligations.

Revoke access via Instagram

You can also revoke UltimateJarvis's access directly in your Instagram settings, without contacting our team:

Go to Instagram → Settings → Security
Select Apps and Websites
Find UltimateJarvis and click Remove

This immediately revokes access to your Instagram account. For full deletion of data on our platform, also follow the steps above.
